Description
The Bosnian pine 'Compact Gem' (Pinus heldreichii) is a shrub that grows stocky, pyramidal and usually reaches a height of around 3.5 metres and a width of around 3 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. Decorative dark brown cones adorn Pinus heldreichii 'Compact Gem' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained soil in a sunny position.
