Description
The Dwarf mountain pine 'Wintersonne' (Pinus mugo) is a dwarf shrub that grows bushy and spherical and usually reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and a width of approx. 50 cm. Its needle-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. They turn a beautiful golden yellow colour in winter. Decorative brown-yellow cones adorn Pinus mugo 'Wintersonne' from October. This shrub tolerates frost well. It prefers a sunny to semi-shady location. The Dwarf mountain pine 'Wintersonne' makes no special demands on the soil.
