Description
The Austrian pine 'Globosa' (Pinus nigra) is a small shrub that grows roundish and usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and a width of around 1.5 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-green in colour. Decorative brown cones adorn Pinus nigra 'Globosa' from September. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous, sandy soil in a sunny position.
