Description
The Japanese white pine (Pinus parviflora) is a woody plant that grows upright, spreading and usually reaches a height of around 8 metres and a width of around 6 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, calcareous, slightly acidic soil in a sunny position.
