Description
The Japanese white pine 'Glauca' (Pinus parviflora) is a small tree that grows upright, spreading, bizarre and usually reaches a height of about 10 metres and a width of about 7 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are silver-blue in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, calcareous, slightly acidic soil in a sunny position.
