Description
The Japanese white pine 'Negishi' (Pinus parviflora) is a large shrub that grows compactly in a conical shape and usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and a width of around 5 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-grey in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, calcareous, slightly acidic soil in a sunny position.
