Description
The Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) is a large tree that grows in an umbrella shape and usually reaches a height of around 25 metres and a width of around 8 metres. Its needle-shaped, twisted leaves are blue-grey in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost. It prefers a sunny location. The Scots pine makes no special demands on the soil.
