Description
The Oriental plane 'Minaret' (Platanus orientalis) is a columnar small tree with decorative, brown, round fruits. It produces greenish-yellow, ball-shaped flowers from May to June. The Oriental plane 'Minaret' also has shiny, heart-shaped, medium green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with lime-free, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 12 metres and grows to a width of approx. 10 metres.
