Description
The Dwarf bamboo 'Distichus' (Pleioblastus pygmaeus) with its dark green leaf colouring and the green, thin and hollow stems is a decorative design element in the garden, which stands out with its bushy and dense growth. Sunny locations with well-drained soil are favoured. In favourable conditions, this hardy bamboo reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows up to 1.5 m wide.
