Description
The Bigleaf podocarp (Podocarpus macrophyllus) is a shrub that grows bushy and usually reaches a height of around 3.5 metres and a width of around 3 metres. Its lanceolate, pinnate leaves are dark green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost and prefers well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil in a semi-shady position.
