Description
The Jacob's ladder 'Purple Rain' (Polemonium yezoense) is a bushy perennial that produces blue-violet, bell-shaped flowers from June to July. Repeated flowering occurs from August to September with the right care. Its pinnate leaves are purple-red in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide.
