Description
The Soft shield fern 'Plumosum Densum' (Polystichum setiferum) with its feathery, light green leaf fronds is a decorative design element in the garden. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy fern reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
