Description
The Wild cherry 'Regina' (Prunus avium) produces dark red, very large, firm and juicy fruits. They have a sweet and sour flavour. Well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yield harvest from the beginning of August. Its white, pleasantly fragrant flowers are a beautiful sight. The Wild cherry 'Regina' with its ovoid and upright habit grows to around 20 metres high and 15 metres wide.
