Description
The Wild cherry 'Stella' (Prunus avium) produces dark red, small, juicy fruits. They are round and have a sweet, aromatic flavour. Well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from July. Its white, pleasantly fragrant flowers are a beautiful sight. With its columnar growth, the Wild cherry 'Stella' grows to around 2.5 m tall and 40 cm wide.
