Description
The Cherry plum 'Pissardii' (Prunus cerasifera) is a bushy, dense, upright large shrub with decorative, yellow, red, round fruits. It produces white, bowl-shaped flowers from March to April. The Cherry plum 'Pissardii' also has egg-shaped, dark red leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with calcareous, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 8 metres and grows to a width of around 6 metres.
