Description
The Japanese cherry 'Beni-Yutaka' (Prunus serrulata) is a large shrub with decorative, black, oval, round fruits. It produces light pink-coloured flowers from April to June. The Japanese cherry 'Beni-Yutaka' also has egg-shaped, medium-green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 10 metres and grows to a width of around 6 metres.
