Description
The Frühlingskirsche 'Stellata' (Prunus subhirtella) is an upright, overhanging garden plant that produces light pink, cupped flowers. They appear from the end of March to mid-April. These produce black fruits. The Frühlingskirsche 'Stellata' also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and grows to a width of around 3 metres.
