Description
The Higan cherry 'Pendula Rubra' (Prunus subhirtella) is an upright, overhanging garden plant that produces pink, cup-shaped flowers. They appear from the end of March to mid-April. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and grows to a width of around 4 metres.
