Description
The Flowering almond (Prunus triloba) is an upright, dense, branched shrub that produces pink-coloured, cup-shaped flowers. They appear from April to May. The Flowering almond also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny, wind-protected location with sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 2.5 metres and is around 2.5 metres wide.
