Description
The Common lungwort (Pulmonaria officinalis) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces pink or blue, funnel-shaped flowers arranged in clusters from March to May. Its lanceolate leaves are green and white. In a semi-shady location with calcareous, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Common lungwort is well tolerant of frost.
