Description
The Granatapfel 'Mollar De Elche' (Punica granatum) is a very popular, deciduous tub plant whose dark red fruits have a sweet and sour flavour. The skin of the medium-sized fruit is rough. Its bright red flowers are funnel-shaped and appear from May to August. The light green leaves are lanceolate. The location should be as sunny and sheltered as possible. A well-drained, humusy and sandy soil is ideal.
