Description
The Mountain mint (Pycnanthemum flexuosum) is a bushy, clump-forming perennial that produces magenta-coloured, lip-shaped flowers arranged in whorls from July to September. Its lanceolate leaves are grey-green. In a sunny location with well-drained, lime-free soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Mountain mint is well tolerant of frost.
