Description
The Firethorn 'Orange Glow' (Pyracantha coccinea) is an upright, loose, branched shrub with decorative, orange-coloured, round fruits that stay on for a very long time. It produces white flowers arranged in umbrella clusters from the end of May to the beginning of June. The Firethorn 'Orange Glow' also has shiny, leathery, lanceolate, medium-green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 3.5 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide. The Firethorn 'Orange Glow' makes no particular demands on the soil.
