Description
These produce grey-green fruits from October. The American white oak also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. Its bark is grey, scaly and longitudinally furrowed. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 25 metres and grows to a width of approx. 25 metres.
