Description
The Leopard oak (Quercus shumardii) is a large, upright tree with decorative fruit. The Leopard oak also has shiny, broadly lanceolate, medium green leaves with dark green markings. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, acidic, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 metres and grows to a width of approx. 12 metres.
