Description
The Yellow azalea 'Orange Hit' (Rhododendron luteum) produces a veritable sea of orange-coloured flowers from the end of May to the end of June. Its deciduous foliage is medium green. This broad-growing shrub usually reaches a height of 1.2 - 1.6 metres and a width of 1.4 to 1.8 metres. A semi-shady (to shady) location and humus-rich, lime-free soil create optimum conditions for healthy growth. The Yellow azalea 'Orange Hit' is well tolerant of frost.
