Description
The Rhododendron 'Markeeta´s Prize' (rhododendron) produces a veritable sea of scarlet flowers from May to June. Its evergreen foliage is dark green. This upright, branching shrub usually grows to a height of 1.5 - 1.7 metres and a width of 1.2 to 1.5 metres. A semi-shady (to shady) location and humus-rich, lime-free soil create ideal conditions for healthy growth. The Rhododendron 'Markeeta´s Prize' is well tolerant of frost.
