Description
The Rhododendron 'Vulcan´s Flame' (rhododendron) produces a veritable sea of red flowers from mid-May to early June. Its evergreen foliage is dark green. This bushy, broad, multi-stemmed shrub usually grows to a height of 1.5 - 1.8 metres and a width of 1.5 to 1.8 metres. A semi-shady (to shady) location and humus-rich, lime-free soil create ideal conditions for healthy growth. The Rhododendron 'Vulcan´s Flame' is well tolerant of frost.
