Description
The Alpine currant (Ribes alpinum) is an upright, dense, branched garden plant that produces yellow-green flowers. They appear from April to May. In a semi-shady to shady location with humusy, calcareous, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows to approx. 1.5 m wide.
