Description
The Gooseberry (Ribes uva-crispa) forms greenish-yellow berries. These are sweet in flavour. Well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from July. Its white flowers are a beautiful sight.
