Description
The False acacia 'Casque Rouge' (Robinia x margaretta) is a large, funnel-shaped shrub or small tree that produces purple-red flowers arranged in clusters. They appear from the end of May to the beginning of June. The False acacia 'Casque Rouge' also has pinnate, medium-green leaves. The bronze-coloured shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny location, it usually reaches a height of around 10 metres and grows to a width of around 8 metres. The False acacia 'Casque Rouge' makes no particular demands on the soil.
