Description
The Hybrid tuberous begonia 'Bouton de Rosa' (Begonia x tuberhybrida) produces attractive, yellow, orange, pink, red, white, bicoloured, double flowers from June to November. It prefers a well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a semi-shady position. The bushy plant usually reaches a height of 20 - 30 cm and grows up to 30 cm wide.

Care
- Excess water must be able to drain away easily, waterlogging should be avoided at all costs. - Airy locations, loose planting and appropriate fertilisation prevent mildew. Very susceptible varieties can be treated preventively with commercially available preparations. - As soon as temperatures no longer fall below 5°C, even at night, this plant can also be taken outside. A shower with lukewarm water will remove dust and revitalise your favourite. A semi-shady spot out of direct sunlight is best to prevent leaf damage. If necessary, the plant can also be repotted outdoors in spring, which saves cleaning work indoors.
