Description
The Common sorrel (Rumex acetosa) is an acidic, tart-tasting vegetable plant. Its leaves can be harvested as soon as it has reached approx. 40 cm. A sunny location and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil are required for optimum growth of Common sorrel.
