Description
The Bloody dock (Rumex sanguineus) is a tart-tasting vegetable plant. Its leaves can be harvested as soon as it has reached approx. 30 cm. A sunny location and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil are required for optimum growth of Bloody dock.
