Description
The White willow 'Vitellina' (Salix alba) is a spreading, broad tree that produces yellow flowers arranged in catkins. They appear from April to May. The White willow 'Vitellina' also has hairy, lanceolate, medium green leaves. Its bark is grey. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of around 20 metres and grows to a width of around 8 metres.
