Description
The Goat willow 'Curly Locks' (Salix caprea) is a roundish, overhanging large shrub or small shrub that produces yellow or silvery flowers with a pleasant scent. They appear from March to April. The Goat willow 'Curly Locks' also has hairy, egg-shaped, lanceolate, medium green leaves. Its bark is grey-green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, acidic, moist to wet, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 1.5 metres.
