Description
The Willow 'Mount Aso' (Salix gracilistyla) is a bushy, multi-stemmed shrub that produces pink-coloured flowers arranged in catkins. They appear from February to March. The Willow 'Mount Aso' also has lanceolate, blue-green leaves. Its bark is red-brown in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and grows to around 2 metres wide. The Willow 'Mount Aso' makes no particular demands on the soil.
