Description
The Balkan clary 'Caradonna Compact'® (Salvia nemorosa) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces dark purple, lip-shaped flowers arranged in panicles with a pleasant fragrance from June to July. Repeated flowering occurs in September with the right care. Its matt, lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows to a width of approx. 30 cm. The Balkan clary 'Caradonna Compact'® is well tolerant of frost.
