Description
The Balkan clary 'Sensation Compact Violet'® (Salvia nemorosa) is an upright, compact perennial that produces purple, lip-shaped flowers arranged in panicles with a pleasant fragrance from June to August. Repeated flowering occurs in September with proper care. Its lanceolate leaves are grey-green. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows approx. 30 cm wide. The Balkan clary 'Sensation Compact Violet'® is well tolerant of frost.
