Description
The Common sage 'Tricolor' (Salvia officinalis) is a bushy, upright, winter-green perennial with decorative, hairy, lanceolate, whole-margined, green leaves with a white-pink leaf margin. It bears purple, lip-shaped flowers from June to August. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Common sage 'Tricolor' is well tolerant of frost.
