Description
The Hoher Wiesenknopf 'Scapino' (Sanguisorba tenuifolia) is an upright, clump-forming perennial that produces dark red flowers arranged in spikes from July to September. Its pinnate leaves are medium green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows to a width of approx. 50 cm. The Hoher Wiesenknopf 'Scapino' is well tolerant of frost.
