Description
The Soapwort 'Rosea Plena' (Saponaria officinalis) is a runner-forming, carpet-like perennial that forms light pink, star-shaped flowers from July to September. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Soapwort 'Rosea Plena' is well tolerant of frost.
