Description
With its grey-green leaf colouring, Broom beard grass 'Standing Ovation' (Schizachyrium scoparium) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright growth. The silvery flower spikes adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with well-drained soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows up to 80 cm wide.
