Description
The Wasser-Braunwurz (Scrophularia auriculata) is an upright perennial that forms brown flowers arranged in panicles from June to August. Its heart-shaped, notched leaves are medium green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and is approx. 50 cm wide. The Wasser-Braunwurz is well tolerant of frost.
