Description
The Caucasian stonecrop 'Tricolor' (Sedum spurium) is a carpet-like, winter-green perennial that forms red, star-shaped flowers arranged in umbels from June to July. Its thick, lanceolate leaves are dark green with a white margin. In a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm and grows to a width of approx. 20 cm. The Caucasian stonecrop 'Tricolor' is well tolerant of frost.
