Description
The Skimmia 'White Bella' (Skimmia japonica) is a bushy, compact small shrub with decorative, red, round fruits that stay on for a very long time. These exude a strong fragrance. It produces white flowers arranged in panicles from April to May. The Skimmia 'White Bella' also has leathery, lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a semi-shady to shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, humus-rich, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to approx. 1 m wide.
