Description
The Yacon (Smallanthus sonchifolius) produces attractive, yellow flowers in June. It prefers a well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position. The upright plant usually reaches a height of 1.5 - 2 m and grows up to 1.5 m wide.
