The Small-Leaved Kowhai 'Sun King'® (Sophora microphylla) is a very popular evergreen container plant. Its yellow flowers are bell-shaped and appear from April to May. The dark green leaves are pinnate. In favourable conditions, the Small-Leaved Kowhai 'Sun King'® reaches a height of approx. 2 m and grows up to 1.5 m wide.
