Description
The Japanese spiraea Double Play® 'Artist'(s) (Spiraea japonica) is a compact small shrub that produces magenta-coloured flowers. They appear from May to August. The purple-violet shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 1 m wide.
