Description
The Japanese spiraea 'Sparkling Champagne' (Spiraea japonica) is a compact small shrub that produces pink-coloured flowers. They appear from June to July. The Japanese spiraea 'Sparkling Champagne' also has lanceolate, yellow-green leaves. The pink-red shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 60 cm and grows to around 1 m wide.
